Description
This 1.5 hour session will take place from 6 to 730pm online and is open to graduates of the 8- or 6-week Mindful Self-Compassion courses. The session will consist of a self-compassion based meditation, teaching/reflection practice, and group discussion. Each month there will be a new topic and theme.
