I am a psychological associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, specializing in clinical psychology with adults.
After a decade of clinical work with individuals, I am shifting my practice toward exclusively offering groups, workshops, and trainings to create spaces for individuals to understand and relate to themselves with more ease, and to connect with others around their humanity. My approach draws upon humanistic, dialectic-behavioural, cognitive-behavioural, mindfulness, and self-compassion based approaches.
I am a trained teacher of the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion and 6-week Short-Course in Self-Compassion and Self-Compassion for Healthcare Communities programs developed by Kristen Neff and Christopher Germer through the Centre for Mindful Self-Compassion. I offer these groups frequently throughout the year, as well as curated workplace workshops and trainings. All groups, workshops, and trainings are currently offered online. Please check out my current offerings under the ‘Upcoming Events’ tab.
Ultimately, my passion is to empower my group participants with the skills, knowledge and self-awareness to live kinder, more mindful, and meaningful lives.
